• Catering Staff/Fans Meeting Update

Generally there has been a lot of praise for this process. And also praise for the introduction of the prepay system for drinks.

Some suggestions/questions

1. Expand the number of payment / pickup outlets around the ground

2. Add more beer / wine options.

3. Opition to use season ticket card at them for pre match “chairman’s pint” pickup

4. Could we trial a can bar?

5. Recycling policy? Loads of empty bottles seen after game.

2. – Ticketing

1.How many ST sold?

2. Priority Points – not being able to move up status to Gold Card Chairman’s Drink
3. Could team sheets be in position rather than squad number order?

4. Why did we not take up Cardiff reciprocal pricing?
5. Any progress on season tickets on smart watches?
6. Will half season season cards be reintroduced?

3. – Retail

1.Kit stock – people questioning why cannot get away or 3rd kit? What is the situation? Will they be able to buy for xmas

4. – Riverside

1. Any progress on wifi at Riverside – what is costing?

2. Half Time scores on big screen – are they always on? And shown on concourses?
3. New badge crest – progress status
4. Lottery announcement – can it be relayed on concourse screens – people missing at half time cos not a fixed time.
5. Memorial Days – any news on this idea based on Preston Gentry Day remembering all those fans that have passed away.
