Safe Standing – Boro Safety Officer Gary Stephenson talking about pilot in South Stand
Shirt Supply Issues – particularly away kits – people very concerned not been able to get shirts this season and even now. Particularly with Xmas approaching.
Have we outgrown shop
– No printing of names on shirts online
– Also child’s shirt same price minus VAT to adult shirt – £45 comparede to £45.83 +VAT
Will new shirts be reduced as season is half over?
MFC Reminders – for changed kick offs and details for U21 games in Europe
Half season tickets – many fans complaining about only limited discount for buying
Ticketing add ons – booking fees
Wifi – what networks are best? Is 5G the answer?
Concourse update and call for new meeting over this – complaints about queues
Lack of atmosphere at Riverside this season – general debate
– What is effect of all the different kick off times? Is it too early to tell?
