Held at Middlesbrough FC.Riverside Stadium,Middlesbrough-7pm. November 12th 2018.

Per normal practice, after circulation to all parties by e-mail, the minutes of meeting 20 were accepted as read.
The Forum officially congratulated Yvonne on her award nomination
From previous meeting:
Item: MSF Funding stimulated a robust debate on the objectives of the Forum and its future format. The key objectives from the Constitution were read out. Prolonged debate centred around getting back to the objectives the Forum was set up to achieve and how this could be achieved.
Many views were aired and two decisions reached and voted for unanimously.
Decision: Two guest chairs would be made available to fans each month to inject new ideas
Decision: An away fan would be asked to join the beginning of the meeting via Skype
It was also decided to issue a media release to local press detailing the above and the successes to date of the Forum
Item: Update on FSF meeting
RN gave feedback on the meeting and issues discussed including maximum ticket pricing, Supporters Direct merger, safe standing, weather postponement, role of supporter liaison officers, broadcast dictating kick-off times, concessions, pay on the gate.
RN also reminded members that the FSF has a legal service for fans caught up in issues such as the recent events at Elland Road
New items:
DR asked the club representatives for the club’s stance on racism following an incident at Stoke City. DR gave the meeting details as he knew it. DJ/YF confirmed that the home club/police lead on investigations but MFC will take action against individuals if appropriate.
MOSC extended an invitation for MSF representatives to speak at a future meeting. This was accepted.
Safe standing update from CJ. CJ has asked Andy McDonald MP if he wished to accompany MSF representatives to Celtic Park to see rail seating in action. Also planned to contact new Sports Minister with same offer.
