History of MSF        MSF was formed in 2017 with the aim of strengthening communication between supporters and MFC. It has worked closely with the Club for over 9 years to raise issues identified by supporters, support positive change and ensure discussions, actions and outcomes are communicated via the website Boro.Support Members discussed some of the changes over the last 9 years.  MSF Media officer to put out a press statement about the role MSF, in partnership with MFC, has played over the past 9 years in helping the voice of supporters to be heard.
Future of MSFNow that the Fan Advisory Panel is being set up, MSF will stand down in its current form. Some members will become part of the new FAP.  MFC to consider ways of acknowledging and reflecting on the successes of MSF
Future of MSF websiteThe MSF website (Boro.Support) will not be maintained. The domain name will continue and Fans visiting the Boro.Support website could be redirected to MFC’s official website. This would ensure minutes of past meetings remain available for fans to access.MFC to look at ways to host the information currently on the MSF website, Boro.Support on their official website. MSF chairman to then communicate this to our website manager. The new Fan Advisory panel will have a presence on the official MFC website.  
Future of MSF social media accountsMSF have a Facebook and X account, currently updated by our Media Officer. She will put out a statement that the accounts will no longer be monitored.Media Officer to put out a statement that MSF’s social media will no longer be monitored and for all Boro news, fans could follow MFC’s official social media. The statement will be put out after the Foodbank Collection on 11th April  
Foodbank collectionMSF have planned to hold a Foodbank Collection on Saturday 11th April, and this will go ahead. Several members volunteered to help with the collection.MSF members to promote the Foodbank collection to their own supporters’ groups. MFC to promote on their website. Members can volunteer from 12.30pm to kick off (3pm) on Sat 11th April. Van to be positioned as usual, behind the North Stand.  
Future of MSF FundsMSF received some sponsorship in its early days, and the original members put in some of their own money to cover the initial costs, of setting up a website etc. There is some money remaining in the MSF account and members have decided to distribute it to charity, once all outstanding website payments have been made.  MSF members decided to share the money between two or three charities to be decided upon once the final amount is known.
